Position: Data Modeling Architect
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 6 months (possibly go longer)
Location: Warrenville, IL
Strong data modeling consultant that is experienced in the below items. They are a huge, global company that runs SAP. SAP would be a plus. MFG/Dist industry would be a plus. This is not a developer. They've done a lot of projects for this client over the years. This role could go much past 6 months.
Client is currently recruiting an experienced Data Analyst/Architect for a project. This position will be responsible for the following:
Interviewing stakeholders (business and IT) to understand and document the as-is process for capturing/updating Master Data. Develop a comprehensive set of Data Governance policies for the organization to use going forward.
Requirements include:
• 8-10 years consulting/IT background
• Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as good time-management and organizational skills
• Data Modeling
• Process Modeling
• Data Architecture
• Data integration/ETL
• Data Warehouse Design
• Master Data Management
• Business Intelligence/Reporting
• Data Quality/Profiling
• Experience preferred:
o SAP experience
o ER/Studio
