1. Experienced Agile Coach, setting up teams, defining the roles and responsibilities, processes, etc.
2. Experience in Agile transformation at organization level, impact on finances, sales, resource management, hiring, executive reports, etc.
3. Expertize in measuring Agile projects success/failure. Experience in setting up, and coaching Agile Project Management with measures for quality, schedule, scope, budget, etc.
4. Coaching the teams and Scrum Masters on new challenges faced
5. Coaching Product Owners
6. Excellent communication is a must
7. Must be aware of other Agile methodologies in the industry, SCRUM and others too
